ACC Improvements

Review the Covenants applicaplicable to your street or property address Covenants prior to filling out the ACC Improvement Request Form.
Once you have verified your change will meet ACC requirements, fill out the ACC form. Submit the ACC Form along with any required associated documents (i.e plat, samples, colors) to

Please Verify you have completed all of the following prior to submitting the ACC Request. Failure to have completed all tasks in the checklist will result in a delay of the review process.

1. Completed submittal application & process review form.
2. The items below must be clearly shown on your plans.
3. Please verify that each item is shown on your plans:
   • Show location of pool equipment and screening wall (if applicable), specify material to be used
     for screening wall.
   • Provide color rendering of pool design and decking.
   • Specify materials to be used.
   • If pool is above grade please show rear and side elevation with height above ground with
     type of veneer and color to be used.
   • Provide the structural cross section of the pool.
   • Show where backflow will drain, not to affect neighboring properties.
4. State total impervious cover calculation with the addition. (if applicable)
5. Show location of ingress/egress. Note: Must be located on owner’s property only.
